Sony Ericsson Equinox™ phone Training Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Sony Ericsson Equinox™ phone Training Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00:01 p.m. ET on 9/28/09 and ends 4:59:59 p.m. PT on 11/30/09 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sony Ericsson Equinox Phone Training Sweepstakes is only open to Sales Representatives of T-Mobile Dealer Channels and Exclusive Retail Partners and any of their respective Subagents. Participants must be a legal residents of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia and be 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Participants must have started employment on a date prior to or during the Promotion Period and continuing through the date on which the prizes are awarded. Participants must be in good standing at the time of entry and prize notification as determined by Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications (USA) Inc., (“Sponsor”) and T-Mobile Inc. The sweepstakes is not open to the general public.

3. HOW TO ENTER: Participants must first register online by visiting www.equinoxquiz.com providing the required contact information as requested on-screen. Participants must then successfully complete the Equinox™ phone quiz. Participants must get all seven quiz questions correct to be automatically entered and qualify for the drawing. Participants can retake the quiz during the promotion period until a score of 100% is achieved. Limit one entry (100% quiz score) per person and email address. The registration form must include all required information or it will not be eligible. No other method of participation will be accepted or acknowledged. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different wireless devices, email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void all of that participant's entries and that participant will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Entries using macro, script or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid or mis-transcribed entries or entries not received for any reason. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the prize will be awarded to the contact information listed on the registration form.

4. RANDOM DRAWING: Potential Winners will be randomly selected on December 4, 2009 from among all eligible entries received by Pinnacle Marketing Group, an independent judging agency, and will be notified within four weeks of the program conclusion by phone or email. Odds of winning a prize are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per person.

5. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): Ten (10) Level 1 prizes consisting of a Sony Vaio Laptop. The ARV of each Level 1 Prize is $999. Fifteen (15) Level 2 Prizes consisting of a Sony PSP Portable System and Game. The ARV of each Level 2 Prize is $249. Twenty (20) Level 3 Prizes consisting of a Sony Ericsson Equinox™ phone. The ARV of each Level 3 Prize: $179. Twenty-five (25) Level 4 Prizes consisting of a Sony Ericsson TM506 phone. The ARV of each Level 4 Prize is $159. Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes is $21,280. Any expenses not mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner, including but not limited to a wireless service contract or internet access.

6. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All prizes will be awarded provided there are sufficient entries for each prize drawing. All winners must be current Sales Representatives of T-Mobile Dealer Channels, Exclusive Retail Partners or any of their respective Subagents in good standing as determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion. All quiz scores and employment will be verified by T-Mobile and/or Sponsor prior to prize awarding. Winners will be shipped the prize within six weeks of drawing. Prizes are nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred or substituted except as provided herein and there is no cash redemption offered. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. All quiz scores and entries will be verified and prize distribution will be overseen by an independent judging agency, Pinnacle Marketing Group, whose decisions will be final and binding in all respects. Entrants acknowledge that no employer-employee or other agency relationship is created between entrant and Sony Ericsson as a result of the offering of or participation in this Promotion. Entrants hereby waive any claims based on or arising out of such relationship. All eligible entries will be forfeited and ineligible to win a prize if participants terminate employment prior to prize awarding.

Sony Ericsson reserves the right to amend or cancel this program at any time. Sony Ericsson may find it necessary and reserves the right to change the program rules and regulations at any time with reasonable notice. Should events beyond Sony Ericsson’s control materially affect its ability to perform, the program may be suspended or terminated without notice and all prizes will be awarded from all eligible entries received prior to the date of termination. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant if that person has, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, violated any of the Promotion’s Official Rules. Recording of false information/data or any attempt of fraud in the Promotion will result in immediate disqualification and may subject those involved to criminal prosecution. Disqualification under any circumstance will result in immediate loss and forfeiture of the entry and void Sponsor’s obligations, if any, to award any prize for such individual. Disqualified individuals will be unable to re-enroll in the promotion. Decisions of the Sponsor shall be final in all matters relating to this Promotion, including but not limited to the determination of an eligible entry. By participating, entrant represents that he/she has complied with all the Promotion rules. By accepting a prize, each winner consents to use of winner’s name, likeness and/or biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes in commerce and in any and all media worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By accepting prize, each winner agrees to hold the Sponsors and Administrator, each of their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, judging and promotion agencies, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless from and against any and all claims, damages and liability of any kind arising from or in connection with the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or participation in the promotion or in any prize-related activities, and assumes all liability therefore. Sponsor is not liable for any typographical or other errors in the printing of the offer, administration of the Promotion or in the announcement of the prizes/winners. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by participants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of points or entries. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, garbled or incomplete entries/quiz scores or for entries/quiz scores submitted in a manner that is not specified in these rules; all such entries will be disqualified. No correspondence regarding entries will be entered into with entrants, except as provided herein.

7. WINNERS LIST: For the names of the winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Sony Ericsson Equinox™ phone Training Sweepstakes Winner’s List c/o PMG, 500 W. 8^th St. Suite 235, Vancouver, WA 98860. All requests must be received by January 31, 2010.
